Vaani refund policy

Every install includes a 14 day trial with everything unlocked. No card needed.

If Vaani Pro is not right for you, ask within 14 days of your first payment, or within 14 days of a yearly renewal, and you get a full refund. No questions asked.

Monthly renewals are not refunded once charged, but you can cancel any time and keep Pro until the end of that month. If a renewal went wrong, for example one you forgot to cancel and did not use, write to us and we will help.

Reply to your Paddle receipt email, use its Manage subscription link, or contact us with the email you paid with. Paddle, our merchant of record, refunds to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 working days.
