The words, design, photographs and video on this site belong to Eagle Wing, or to the clients whose work we show with their permission. Brand names and logos belong to their owners.

You may share links to our pages. Please do not copy, reuse or sell our content or our clients' work without asking us first.

We do not publish prices. Every engagement is quoted in writing after a conversation, and a quote is plus 18% GST. Nothing on this site is an offer or a contract; the terms in your written quote or agreement are the ones that apply.

Network figures, such as follower counts and monthly reach, are as verified by Eagle Wing on the date stated next to them. They change over time, and past reach does not promise future results.

Sending a brief, an application or a rate card request does not commit you or us to anything. It lets us reply. How we handle the details you send is set out in our privacy page.

We link to Instagram, WhatsApp, Google Maps and websites we have built for clients. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for what they contain.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Surat, Gujarat have jurisdiction. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.
